National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme

National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme (NVBDCP) is the central nodal agency for the prevention and control of vector borne diseases in India. It is one of the Technical Departments of Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India.
NVBDCP deals with following diseases:-
Malaria Dengue Filaria Japanese Encephalitis Kala-azar .

National Viral Hepatitis Control Program

The National Viral Hepatitis Control Program has been launched by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India on the occasion of World Hepatitis Day, 28th July 2018. It is an integrated initiative for the prevention and control of viral hepatitis in India to achieve Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3.3 which aims to end viral hepatitis by 2030.

National Leprosy Eradication Programme

The National Leprosy Eradication Programme (NLEP) is a Centrally Sponsored Health Scheme and it has been implemented with the major objective of reducing the disease burden, prevention of disability and to improve awareness among the mass about Leprosy and its curability. Multi Drug Therapy (MDT) is an important instrument to reduce the burden of active cases of Leprosy.

Family Planning- Logistics Management Information System (FP-LMIS)

National Family Planning Programme

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, in line with the objectives of the National Health Policy, 2017, implements the National Family Planning Programme. The programme promotes the voluntary adoption of family planning methods based on the felt needs of the community, to achieve and sustain replacement-level fertility, raises awareness about the healthy timing and spacing of pregnancies to ensure the well-being of mothers and children, ensures the availability of quality family planning services, and provides programmatic and financial support, to States and Union Territories through the Annual Programme Implementation Plan (PIP) based on their specific needs
